Legal Liability Insurance
We all appreciate that we do not exist in vacuum but in an environment full of activities, people and things. Through our actions or omissions, we adversely affect those around us either directly, by causing bodily injury to them, or indirectly by damaging their property. This means that in our day to day operations, we are likely to incur liability.
At ICEA we offer the following liability insurances:
General Public Liability:- legal liability for bodily injury of or to any person and/or loss of or damage to tangible property.
Products Liability:- covers bodily injury and property damage caused by or arising from products or goods manufactured supplied or sold in the course of the business
Retirement Benefits Liability Policy : - covers trustees of pension schemes
Professional Liability/Indemnity insurance: - legal liability of a professional person towards third parties for injury loss or damage arising out of professional negligence.
